Statement of Guarantee
This catalogue is updated at least once monthly to provide the most current
products and pricing. If a product becomes unavailable before the
catalogue can be updated, we will provide a replacement product of equal or
better value at the stated price for the unavailable product. Since all of
our products come with a standard one year warranty from PC Wholesale, we will
honor that warranty for 365 days. If during the 365 days from the purchase
date your product becomes non working, we will replace it at no cost to you with
a product of equal or better value. We will also accept a product for
exchange within 30 days from the purchase date of product. All of the
packaging materials, cables, software, etc. must also be returned.
If any component of the original packaging is missing we will not except
product for exchange. We stand behind all of the products that we sell, in
the event that there is a flaw with the manufactured product, return it to us
and we will exchange it with a product of like or equal value. If a
product is no longer manufactured, we will exchange it with a product of like or
equal value. Provide a statement of guarantee that the vendor will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state
for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.
Vendor Affirmation
By signing the GSC QISV Catalogue Purchasing Program application and submitting this catalogue through the program, the vendor has reviewed TAC 113.19, and agrees to comply with the rules as stated for the QISV program. The vendor will also: not give, offer to give, or intend to give at any time hereafter any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor, or service to a public servant in connection with catalogue purchase transactions; not currently be delinquent in the payment of any franchise tax owed the State of Texas under Tax Code, Chapter 171(go to "Certification of Franchise Tax Account Status " for verification) ; update their catalogue as needed to reflect changes in price and the availability of products or services offered.

Maintenance, Repair, Support Plan PC Wholesale provides a no cost one-year, no hassle, back to base replacement warranty on all systems and components we sell. For an additional charge, we offer on-site maintenance contracts and 2- and 3-year extended warranties on all complete computer systems we build for our customers. We also offer troubleshooting and repair service at $45.00 per hour ($35.00 per hour at state discount prices) on the components and systems we sell after the warranty period has expired. |
