| Term |
Master School Agreement has no
expiration date. Once a Master School Agreement is in place, submit
a Subscription Order Form for 12 months of license coverage. |
| Pricing |
Tiered price for non-perpetual licenses covering all
institution computers based on the number of eligible PC's. |
| Student Licensing |
Student Option licenses all of your
students for product use on their personally owned computer. Minimum
requirement of 300 units. Student and faculty/staff orders cannot be
combined to meet the minimum requirements. |
| Staying Current on Software |
Users are licensed to run any version of products,
including product upgrades released during the designated
subscription term. |
| How to Purchase |
Through any
Microsoft Authorized Education Reseller (AER) |
| Product Fulfillment |
Schools automatically receive one complimentary
Product Welcome Kit containing CD's for all products and receive CDs
for product upgrades occuring during the subscription term. |
Initiating Agreement & License
Confirmation/Tracking |
Sign a one-time Master School Agreement. Then place
annual orders for license coverage through an
AER. No license tracking necessary during term of subscription. |

Organization-wide coverage is required. You must
include all eligible PC's in the participating school (s) or
district(s) must be included. |
